Shepherd Health is certified health coaching offered at Tannous Chiropractic, focusing on overcoming the obstacles that prevent you from achieving optimal health.

Shepherd Health started because I wanted to show people how to be more resilient. Too often, we make excuses for why we can’t do something instead of taking on the challenge to overcome.

I became a health coach because I wanted to help people achieve goals with the proper mindset and motivation to be healthy. Diets fail because they are viewed as work. Exercise fails because we find excuses to stay at home. There is power in perseverance and persistence that I hope to pass on to you.
